To ensure prompt assistance and priority service, please follow the steps below when requesting technical support or a service call:Step 1: Contact Customer Support
- Call 800-431-3056, extension 3, to reach our customer support team. When calling, please mention that you are with BFS. This will prioritize your request and place you at the top of the queue for a technical support callback.
Note: If your issue is related to a trailer, please request to speak with Rick Thompson, our Trailer Support Specialist. You can also reach him directly using the contact information listed below.
Step 2: Troubleshooting with a Technician
- A technician will call you back promptly to assess the issue. They will attempt to resolve the problem remotely through guided troubleshooting.
Step 3: On-Site Scheduling
- If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, the technician will escalate the request to our service department. They will coordinate and schedule an on-site service visit. We aim to have a technician on-site within 48 hours.
Step 4: Communication & Resolution
- Our team will maintain regular communication with both the technician and the on-site contact throughout the service process. We will keep you informed until the issue is fully resolved.
