License Plate ID & Capture

All ProVue NVRs are equipped with advanced AI (Artificial Intelligence) built right into the software. It provides the ability to identify license plates and send alerts if a known or unknown plate is detected. The system automatically detects, captures, and compares plates against a whitelist, blacklist, or unknown and can perform custom responses for each of them. The system automatically creates a video and snapshot of each plate which can be searched in the database. Several variables must be considered to reliably capture plates. Follow these rules and you’ll reliably capture plates.

PoE Plug & Play!

This NVR provides full PoE (Power over Ethernet) capability. The RJ45 camera inputs on the back of the unit provides power out for the cameras. This allows the network cable from the NVR to the camera to provide both video and power transmission; eliminating additional power cables and power supplies.

Internal Hard Drive

The NVR does not require a hard drive to operate. However, the NVR stores the recorded video footage on an internal hard drive. The drive(s) are installed, formatted and tested by our technical staff prior to shipping. No action on you part is needed other than turning the unit on. The size of the drive and the recording options determine the total number of days the system can store.

Recording multiple channels of HD video requires a hard drive that can keep up with the work load. Our Purple Series hard drives are design specifically for surveillance video recorders. They can keep up and stay up with the work load, assuring reliable smooth video recording at all times.

If you need a longer or shorter cable for certain cameras add the kit to the shopping cart, each item is listed individually. Simply remove the cables you do not need and add the cables you do. We offer 25, 50, 75, 100, 150 and 200 foot cat6 cables, as well as 500 and 1000 foot boxes.

PoE & Power Supply

This camera is normally powered by directly connecting a Cat 5 or 6 cable from the camera to a PoE port on a NVR, DVR or PoE unit (power over ethernet, the unit is then connected to a router, modem or network port.) The single cable provides both video transmission to the NVR or network while delivering power to the camera. See PoE Units. The majority of our video recorders provide camera PoE ports for directly connecting the camera to the video recorder.

COLOR Night Vision

This 4k outdoor security camera is equipped with advanced low light and zero light night vision systems. The camera provides clear color video at night with the presence of some ambient light; such as yard lighting or nearby street lights. If the ambient light is not adequate the IR night vision system automatically turns on providing high quality black and white night vision image.

Image Quality

This camera automatically adjusts for the best HD image possible. The WDR feature automatically adjusts for best back lighting and exposure while the DNR function eliminates digital noise, producing extremely high quality video day and night.
